Return and Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

We offer returns with a full refund for items that are damaged or otherwise defective. Please email us on hello@mytrail.run in case of damages or issues. If you do not wish to receive a refund but would rather receive a new poster instead, we will ship a new poster to you free of charge.

Please choose your preferred poster carefully and inspect it carefully upon receipt. Should you suspect that the poster might have been damaged in transit, please take photos and notify us immediately. We try our best to ensure our buyers receive the posters in perfect condition and choose high-quality and sturdy shipping materials. 

Each item undergoes quality control before shipment. We can only accept requests for refunds within 3 days of delivery and upon receipt of evidence that the item was damaged in transit. 

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong poster size? No problem. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. You must pay for return shipping and send it in the same packaging. Once approved, the refund value will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

Customized Posters

Please note that customized posters cannot be returned and that all sales are considered final.
