HK4TUC links Hong Kong's four trails - the MacLehose Trail, the Wilson Trail, the Hong Kong Trail and the Lantau Trail - and runners run all four trails in reverse.

This race is self-supported, and by invitation only. The race finishes at a green post box in Mui Wo and in spite of its low-key nature, the race has attracted more and more attention of the trail running community in recent years.

There are two cut-offs to reach the postbox: runners who finish in less than 60 hours, are considered a “finisher”. Those who take less than 72 hours, are considered "survivors".
